We pride ourselves in processing and shipping your orders promptly. Most orders ship within two business days, unless backordered or delayed shipping is noted. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified.
Some products are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Approximate shipping charges will be calculated at Checkout, along with any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will be billed the actual amount for shipping, which may differ from the amount shown at checkout.
Depending upon the weight and the size of the package, your order will be shipped UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. If you wish your delivery expedited, please indicate that at checkout. The Shopping Cart will calculate the cost of expedited delivery. You will have the option to accept that or choose regular delivery options. If an item has a surcharge for shipping and handling, such as for oversize items, those charges will be calculated at Checkout or you will be contacted. If you live in a remote area that does not have regular UPS service, there could be an additional service charge from UPS.
Transit times vary depending upon your location and the service available. If you do not have daily courier service in your area or if there are other factors influencing delivery and mail service, please allow for that extra time. We have no control over those things. To be assured of having your favorite products on hand, place your orders in a timely manner.
Remember, UPS and FedEx do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Healthy Companions ships only to the Continental U.S. and to U.S. possessions. Orders shipping to U.S. possessions, Hawaii, and Alaska are shipped USPS Priority Mail. The extra charge will be calculated and added to the shipping charge shown at Checkout. You will be sent an email with the final total and for approval of the charge. The most efficient way to place an order outside the Continental U.S. is to contact Healthy Companions direct, either by telephone or email.
Shipments to APO and FPO addresses may have a surcharge due to extra packaging requirements. Please contact us to confirm that our suppliers can ship to those addresses, and if there is a surcharge.
Healthy Companions does not ship international.
