RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to provide you with the best service and the finest products available. If you are dissatisfied with one of the products we offer, please contact us immediately by email stating the reason you do not like the product. You will be given a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and that the refund will be less the amount charged Healthy Companions for shipping and handling. The exception would be due to an error by the manufacturer, Healthy Companions, or in the event the shipment arrives badly damaged. If the latter is the case, do not open the box before ccontacting Healthy Companions.

NOTE: It is important for you to contact Healthy Companions before returning any product. If you do not have a return authorization number and return instructions, you may not qualify for a credit or refund.
OXYFRESH has a 30-day guarantee on all products. If you are dissatisfied with any Oxyfresh product ordered directly from Oxyfresh, call 800.333.7374 to get a return authorization number and instruction on returning the unused portion of the product. There may be a 10% restock on some products, and the buyer may be responsible for returning the product to Oxyfresh. If the product was shipped to you from Healthy Companions, please follow the above procedure.
DR HARVEY'S is a food product and must be returned, unopened, at buyer's expense within ten (10) days of purchase. If the product is defective, please contact us immediately to discuss the appropriate action to take.
K-9 QUENCHER can be returned at buyer's expense for a refund on unopened product only, less shipping and handling charged Healthy Companions. We must be notified by email of any problems or dissatisfaction with the product within 3 weeks of purchase. Depending upon the nature of the complaint, there may be a partial refund on used product.
ALL SEASONS products carry a 30-day guarantee. If the product is defective or if you are unhappy with it, please contact us immediately stating the problem. Except in cases of defects, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charge to return the product to All Seasons. Refund amount will be less the shipping and handling charged Healthy Companions, except in the case of manufacturer error.
